So, if I have new 6ES7214-1HG40-0XB0 plc with v.4.5.0 inside then I cant utilize it by Tia16 which only I have?

Thanks a lot. I've been trying to download it for weeks after Siemens changed their export control process and they wouldn't let me, and support is incredibly slow. It's not even export controlled anywhere!
