this is OK for me.
Don't forget to change "RSwd32.dll" at "C:\Program Files\Rockwell Software\RSLinx" address FC339 from 34 02 to 30 90 using HEX Editor.
Now, My RSLinx Classic 2.58 activation: Gateway. No more grace period time.

The file also included for PlantPAx ModelBuilder
find out file "RSPPMB32.dll" at C:\Program Files\Rockwell Software\PlantPAx ModelBuilder\bin
change at the address FBCD9 : 34 02 to 30 90
and add .lic file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations

So i would like to make a question for Frend luke12faulin: Do You know how to calculate and modify a "SIGN" codes? I have two different licenses: one Tool kit corresponded to MAC address and one Golden corresponded to gard disk Volume ID. But in my case there is a problem with modyfy MAC and Disk ID (I have dell latitude:(), so there is needed to modify a LIC files (and other files?).

Please help anybody, because a I rest a few days with this and nothing helped.

There is no way to modify the SIGN section as it uses ECC security.
You can follow the factory talk activation method as this will allow the license to be edited and the sign part ignored.

I have v19 rsl5000 i edited flexsvr i followed all soundview00 steps.
i get to the point when to refreche factory talk activation and i get a blinking running means it's red "stopped" then fiew second says running then stopped???
i continue anyways to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations folder. copy and past the notpad the .lic saved then refreched manager but no licence ?? so i will try again but what you think about that ?
