Also time limited to 2 hours when connected with modbus tcp. Where does this version.dll have to be put ? I put it under kepware program folder. Time tiam message on startup was gone, but after 2 hours program stopped. So crack not working.

KEPServerEX-6.3.279.0 Tested, client-connected drive modbus serial RTU time never expires!
Test more than 2 hours, start time 8.44 to 10.57 .... successfully cracked ...

indeed now it is working, just tested modbus tcp again.
Running from 10:45 until 12:49.

Maybe reboot was needed after installing version.dll.
btw. version.dll is constantly locked, so if you want to delete this again, need to kill ALL kepware services and program.

In this folder there is no version.dll file to be replaced.

I need some help - maybe somebody here is able to support me...
Following Situation:

I have a RUNNING KEPServer 6.3.279.0 with a valid license (Activation ID)
I understand the normal procedure to send a request an get back an activation file for a specific machine.

I want to virtualize my running machine - it works, everything is here, excepted the KEPServer - he ist doing troubles!
Entering the original Activation ID or the Emergency ID results in some error message like: "Request was sent from another machine". This means for me, the KEPServer knows some very specific details about the original machine (S/N from Motherboard, HDD, etc....?), which I can not reproduce in my virtaul machine. I played a bit with faking the MAC Addy from the NIC - without sucess....

Has ANYBODY here some ideas, how to get the KEPServer on my virtual (copied) machine running?

I tried also to install the "KEPServerEX-6.3.279.0" from this Forum, including the crack file "version.dll", which I copied to the program Directory. No sucess, I see no license confirmation..... so the question: How can I determine a sucessfull crack? Maybe I'm just not able to start the KEPServer.... I'm new in this stuff! Sorry.....

Hoping for some answers, to get a small step Forward...
