I have a weird situation here.
A customer sent me a GSDML.xml file that I need to import on my project. We both have TIA Portal V13 Sp1 Update 5.
I can't import the file, it shows this error:

And here comes the weird situation, if I try it on another laptop it works there! But I need to do this on my laptop, I don't know what I'm missing.
