Whу no "Configuration Console" component in "Simatic NET PC Software v.13.0+SP2" ?

Hello, everybody !

SIMATIC NET PC software v.13.0+SP2 is installed on my PC.
PC has Windows 10 Pro, v.1909

I can't find "Configuration Console" component in Simatic SOFTWARE component list in Start Menu and therefore can't start it.

Maybe it is already called differently in this 13th version ?

it is "communication settings"

I supposed that. But I think the functionality is restricted compare to "Configuration Console" component.
Additionally the "communication settings" starts up to 15...30 minutes on my PC.
