how to unlock password in factory talk view desklock feature

hi can anyone help me how to unlock or reset password in factory talk view site edition desklock feature.

Easiest way is to boot the PC with a linux bootable dvd.
In the desklock directory you will find a *.ini files.
Just remove it.
Reboot in windows and the password will be enter.
