Editing of Node locked and Concurrent .lic files
I was wondering if there was a way to edit Node Locked and Concurrent .lic files so they work on any of my PC's? Or if you can Edit them for other versions such as V13, V15. That would be really great since I need those versions for some older processors I have. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.

Firstly you cannot edit these files as they are Hashed with information like serial, and other info
What you can do, is find out if the .lic has a MAC or Hard Disk Serial binding
If its a MAC binding , then simply edit your Network adapter to have the same MAC as in the .lic, you do this under windows, loads of videos online
Or use Disk Serial Number Changer to change your C drive to the same as in .lic file
Your licence will then show up in FT Licence and work
