Hello,

I am very new to plc programming, I have some basic knowledge using the ladder for troubleshooting and took some classes a long time ago. Having trouble figuring out how to program this using studio 5000.

I am using a keyence cv-x model scanner to scan a bar code for a material number.The keyence software makes it easy to output the data to my compact logix controller. The keyence software even creates tags for the data that can be uploaded from a file. I need to set up the program so when I receive a certain material number I can output the material number and a model number with it. I have 25 different material numbers and 5 different model numbers. Not sure if I provided enough information but any help would be appreciated. Thanks
