I need Indel Developer Studio (iDev) to upload the file from Stand Alone Master (SAM2).

Indel SAM 2 not allowed upload PLC program.
If you want working with SAM 1 or SAM 2 you must have project & using old software Indel Master Desk IMD.
Developer Studio new programming product, wich using only CPU SAM 3.

However, you can also read out the binary code with MemDump and load it into another SAM2. Then the machine settings saved in the CRAM must also be saved and loaded into the new device. And for example, it is not possible to copy code from a SAM2 to SAM3 (also no longer available) or SAM4. For this you really need the souce code and have to recompile it.

Some machine manufacturers now protect the code so that it only runs in the hardware supplied and requires a new key code in a replacement device.

On most of the machine, you'll find all needed tools in the folder "C:/INDEL/bin/..."
