check the installation instructions carefully.

Make sure that you click „i moved it“, when u start the vm.
Then there should not be a error.

if you followed all the steps correctly, try to restart windows. After that, start the virtual machine again, then try to open eplan.

127.0.0.1 is not the IP of the virtual machine?

you must connect with the current IP of the virtual machine.
also check if in the license folder you have a file that starts with SRV-

run the vm, build a connection between vm and host.
follow the instructions of the chinese guy in the video.

this error should not matter if u can connect to the vm license server or not.

Steps for cracking network licenses

1. The Elm.exe ElmConfig. exe files in the C: \ Program Files \ EPLAN \ ELM directory need to be cracked. (The cracked file has been lost and needs someone to crack it again)

Go to the Programs installation menu on the virtual machine, find the EPLAN Electric 2025 program, then click Modify. In the dropdown installer menu, you can add or remove languages and set the default language for the interface. Click OK, install, and restart virtual machine. Done.

I think the third step is to run the virtual machine on another PC within the same local network, that way you don't have to have the virtual machine running on the same PC where you use Eplan
Also, the virtual machine only uses the ELM Configurator and EPLAN Smart Production, so it requires less resources.

I keep getting the MAX19.42 error when connecting a native machine to the VM.
I have done all the steps in the video up to 14 minutes.

I'm sure my username and password are ok.
I can ping the VM, and the firewall is off.

Anyone able to help me out further?

Update: Got it running after reinstalling the client on the native machine.

How did you manage that?
Setup ask for EPLAN Platform 2025.msi file which is not available as it is on shared drive (\\vmware-host\Shared Folders\EPLAN\EPLAN Setup\EPLAN_2025\Platform\).

Can anyone share Eplan 2025 setup, as all links are dead.
Or can someone share EPLAN Gui en-US 2024.exe from setup?

Then when it asks you for them during the installation, you select them from your shared folder with the VM or you can copy them directly into it.

Then to change the language inside the program I recommend you use Google Translator on your cell phone to understand the program menus.

According to the disk size and language visible on photos (Chinese), could it be possible that this one is only stripped version, i.e. removed ePlan and all components except license of complete ePlan2025 already posted on forum?
Someone already posted that previous disk can be used as license server also.
