Hi,

im working with FATEK FBs-60MAT2-AC PLC and need to login for do some fault identification. we dont have source file when i try to download the source from PLC below error indicating.

Cant open the customer ID file (fatek(a).cif), .... and after ok the message download aborted. please let me know the method for download the file from PLC.

anyone can offer a help please!....

What does it mean "locked password"? Does it mean that PLC is not in opeating mode any more when someone write incorrect password more times?
I could not find more information about this topic except Winproladder manual chapter 11, where we can see how to set password and PLC ID.
