Hello, I have a technical question regarding a failure in a Domino A-Series 200 Plus printer. When I put an ink code on it, it should last 600 hrs. But, about 7 or 10 days go by, and the hours are cleared to 0. Only the hours are cleared. I enter a new code for it and this happens over and over again. Has anyone had this problem?
