Can you take another backup of the project and send me the files? Use a usb flash drive if you have a usb port on the HMI.

Plug an empty usb flash drive in the HMI and when the transfer window appears on the screen, press Upload.
The usb port should be on the back of the HMI.

How did you get this project, using EasyBuilderPro or USB? If you have USB on the HMI, use that and send a copy, otherwise use EasyBuilderPro 6.07.01 or lower version.

I downloaded it via usb with easybuilder from my HMI model TK6071IP. It is a product that I bought in China, I would like to change some parameters. To download via usb no problem, I used esybuilderpro 6.07.02.480s and the classic pwd 111111. Unfortunately I can't decompile because the pwd 111111 doesn't work.
I kindly ask if anyone can show me a way to reset the pwd to decompile.

Download EasyBuilderPro 6.07.01 or lower, install it, take another backup of the HMI and send the project again.
