hi every one i have this question about SYSMAC QM1 CPU21
It installed at one of machines i 've automated but the issu that i lost the password .
Plz every one would u help me to solve this issu and i will be very gratful
or at least upload my program from machine.
plz i need ur answer ASAP with the Software that may help me .

but here is the problem can i upload the program from my machine when there is a red light "err"
what is the reason from this error.
