[?]: S7 200 CN - Chinese CPU support

Hello everybody,
I wanna know whether I can get some support on chinese S7 200 CPU in India...

I wanna do some program modifications (Upload program--> Modify--> Download).

Find below the CPU Types and model no's.

1. CPU 224XP CN Model no. : 214-2AD23-OXB8

2. EM 223 CN Model no. : 223-1BL22-OXAB

3. EM 222 CN Model no. : 222-1BF22-OXA8

I have got Microwin V4.0 SP6. Can i go online with PLC and do modifications....

After uploading program from PLC, can I download a new program after editing....???

Hope their is some way I can do it........

Hello,

Open microwin go to tools then to options menu. Then in that select general there you have to change the langue to Chinese. Now if you got Chinese font you can see all the instructions in that langue otherwise it’ll be in???? Marks. But if you manage to write a program now you can, download it monitor it and upload it.

Is their any way I can convert chinese program to english. By converting Microwin language to chinese i will be able to see program written in chinese..but further I want to modify the contents of the subroutines....so better if I get some help on language conversion tools available...........

Quick question...
Can I program CN Cpu's as normal S7 200 CPU's(i.e. English as language) available in indian market.....becoz project on which i am working also involves changing the logic for the Text Display....This Text display is also from the China....So I thought to change the local TD(from china make) with the TD 400C......!!!

CN CPU can only be programmed by Chinese language.

So learn some Chinese is a good idea.

You can put the Text display on this forum,i can help you to convert it to English.

Thanks for your concern...!!

So far.....I have changed language of Microwin to Chinese and Uploaded a program from S7 200 XP CN (coz we dont have a original program backup from machine manufacturer)....and again change language of Microwin to English.....By doing so I can still go online with PLC and see program status in Run mode......

Now, please find below the questionaires I have..

1. Can I edit program in run mode (By using program edit in runmode option available in Microwin)
2. Can I change program by adding a logic for Text Display (TD 400C), and download the whole new program to controller (by changing language again to Chinese)..
3. Machine has come with DS 300 panel view HMI (from Chinese Market) with four line text display. Customer want to change this HMI with one available in Indian market (i.e. TD 400C)..

Please help and comeup with some suggestion....

I would like to share this. On the advance tab of Regional and Laguage option on the Control Panel change the language to Chinese(PRC). Reboot PC. Set Microwin language to chinese. Use Kingsoft Powerword 2007 which you can get at isohunt.com. Use powerword 2007 on trial mode. Do not crack the software. This software has a Open Cursor Translation which shows english equivalent of chinese character on a tool tip. Very helpful if you can't understand chinese.

convert the programe language from Chinese to English.If you won't,you can not download the programme,and monitor it!
tools -option-general-language(Chinese),click OK,then save quit it software,restart the software,and you will be ok

Use microWin V4.0 with SP8 or Sp 9.

Set Controlpanel/Regional/location as India

Now you can do everything edit / download / upload in English itself.
