[?]: Drive ES Basic and CFC

I downloaded Drive ES Basic v5.4 and installed it within STEP7 ,
i opened STEP7 AND i inserted a DPslave CBP2,
when i insert a CFC or chart folder
there is no language options ,so it cannot be inserted.
CFC license keys is installed already.
IS THERE ANY OTHER THINGS I HAVE NOT DONE?
the problem is expected to be answered as soon as possible.

The runtime license for Drive ES PCS7 V7.0
When this license is purchased (it comprises a software certificate with license and adhesive label)
then the user is licensed to download our blocks and use them on 1 AS station.
As proof that the runtime license has been purchased the label supplied can be glued onto the AS station or in the appropriate documentation ( e.g. machine logbook ).
