how to insert SFB and SFC in your main program..
Quick info on SFB or SFC (manual or tutorial) would be appreciable..

Hello,

You can use manual from insallation directory of Simatic. ( C:\Program Files\Siemens\Documentation\English ). Title is "STEP 7 - System and Standard Functions for S7-300 and S7-400". If you want to check which SFB or SFC supports some CPU - go online mode into progect screen, select S7 programs - Blocks and you'll see all SFC and SFB.
Or other way is to select CPU, right click with mouse go to PLC - Module information and there in one of existing tabs you'll see list with SFC and SFB...
