Hi,
I'm facing problem for communication between WinCC Flexible RT 2007 ( i'm using PC as HMI) and S7200. ( i'm using CPU 224 DC/DC/DC).
I have gone through various tips in this forum as well all searched treads.
But no success.
My settings in brief are as under,
1. In connections selected Interface- MPI/DP
Profile - PPI
Add - 1
Baud - 9600
PLC Add-2
2. In PLC system block - Add 2 , Baud 9600
Further i have checked with RS 232 PC-PPI cable as with USb PC-PPI cable but there is no communication. I can communicate to PLC with MW4.0.
Pl help me.
Thanks in advance.
Amit

Check this link. But in my case works only with "PPI advanced" mode activated.

May be you have a configuration issues in the PLC communication port, and you need to reset the PLC to the factory default (9600 bps, Address=2, etc.) and try again.
If you want to do this, use the Wipeout.exe application that comes into the Microwin CD (you need a RS232-PPI cable).
But remember, this action will erase all the contents in the PLC, including any program you have into the PLC.

Thank you all of you for your support. I hv finally solved the problem. As described above all settings were same in PLC and wincc flexi but i was setting PG-PC interface from Microwin so acess point was remaining microwin intade S7online. After setting PG-Pc interface to S7online-PC-PPi cable i 'm able to communicate between S7200 and Winc_flexible.
Once again my thanks to all of you.
