[?]: Siemens MMC card programmer

First, since this is my first posting of a question, I want to say hello and thank you to everyone on this sight for letting participate. You all are awesome and for the last two years, this sight has been my life preserver of information in a sea of control madness.

Here are my questions:

1) Is there way to program up a Siemens Step 7 program on to a MMC card *without* having to have a CPU module handy?
1) Can I use a standard SD Card Reader with a special driver?
3) Can I buy something from Siemens?
