[?]: WinCC communication with AB PLC

can any one tell me the procedure to communicate WinCC with any other PLC like AB PLC

If there is no integrated communication driver in WinCC for that PLC, you could use OPC. Check available communication channels for WinCC at Siemens Support site:

Or check PLC vendor site for support.
What kind of ABB PLC you are going to use?
