[?]: ProWORX 32 Takes long time to Download Program

I am using ProWORX32 for Quantum 434 CPUs (HotStandby), my application contains upto 3000 Networks.
When I try to use my application in combine mode, it take 45-55 min to read the program.
and when I read/write program it take 30 min.

Is this software issue, or Quantum CPUs takes so much time.

Hope anyone will help me to come out of this problem.
