RSLogix 5000 SCL/PLC5 Conversion Tool

Hi,
Has anyone ever tried to convert a program written for an SLC controller to one for a CompactLogix? I am trying to do that using the
Tools->Translate PLC5/SLC option, but I get the following error message.

abcd.txt does not exist or you do not have read permission.
(where abcd is the name of the original SLC program)

I played around with the options a little but still no luck.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
