[?]: timed operation with Micromaster inverter

Post by hand_drake »

Hello all.... :D

I am planning to use a blower with Micromaster 440 18kW. And i want to make it in time operation:

Code: Select all

       10.00 am - 06.00 pm = 50 Hz (load 100%) } timed operation
       06.00 pm - 09.30 pm = 25 Hz (load 50%) } timed operation
       09.30 pm - 10.00 am = 0 Hz (Off) - manually operated.
What parameters of MM440 to set inverter in such operation???

Thank you.

Hi ,
do you have a plc ?
How is the MM440 connected. By Profibus with terminals?

Need some more information

HI Hand_Drake

What i would do personally is operate the drive via preset speeds (digital inputs from a simple Logo unit digital outputs say 3 outputs which would effectively get you more than enough flexibility , with more on/off than you would need , using the time clock function built into it...

Logo' s are very cheap and you would then be able to change the on/off times delays very easily from say the front screen..

That would be my suggestion, don't know about anyone else

I am planning the inverter is not using any controller (PLC), just manual operation by man. And the time operation is like the time above.

Is there any possibilities to use "ONLY" inverter not using external timer?
If this function is possible, what type of inverter that possible using this function?

Thank you, guys.

you can use a sinaics g120 inverter. this has a programmable clock on board for exact the functions you want

Wiejah.......
You mean Sinamics G120 right?

Oke, I'll give it a try. Thanks anyway.
