[?]: How I upgrade Poject from WinCC4 to WinCC5

Now my factory buy secoundhand machine from German and machine use PLC siemens S7/300 and HMI use WinCC version 4.0 .
If I need to upgrade project to WinCC 5 or 6 can or cannot ?.
Last time I test use upgrade by WinCC6 but migrator cannot upgrat version lower version 5 .
Now I need Help verymuch ,
