Hi,
I have a problem with a Ultra 3000 servo.
I communicate my Logix5563 via the sercos interface.
The communication works fine - the network status LED is solid green.
The problem is the module status LED is blinking, which means drive locally disabled.
How can I enable the drive??
I haven't got any configuration errors. While entering the axis properties and choosing the hookup tab, I try to test the drive.
But then a dialog appears: Drive is locally disabled.
I went through a few manuals and I have absolutely no idea how to enable the drive...
Any ideas/support etc?
Best regards
dzwilu

Hi
I don't know sercos interface.
But on devicenet network, you have to enable your ULTRA3000.
On DeviceNet there is two way for enable your ULTRA 3000 :
by software (in RSLogix 5000 : you have to enable a bit). This bit has defined by chosing your command mask.
by hardware : in Utraware software, select an input has "enable input" then connect an PLC output to this input.
So, by programming your plc you can enable or not your ULTRA 3000.
I hope it will help you.
