[?]: Understanding wincc 6.2 Demo project

i want to understand the demo project of wincc v 6.2.
when running the demo project , there are some buttons for changing the language and a tool bar for selecting the desired example

my problem: i can't find these buttons and tool bar on the graphics designer pictures

plz help me how they are made

but how can langauge is changed ? a User data of 1033 1032 1036 are set for changing the language . what does they mean ?
is tool bars only used for picture window ?
