Put library into installation directory of Codesys
(For example C:\Program Files\3S Software\CoDeSys V2.3\Library) .
Then open Codesys, go to Insert Additional library and select which .lib file want to insert.
Open Resources tab and double click on Library Manager.
You'll receive one window with all libraries, and another windows above the first with tabs POUs, Data type, Visualisation and Resources.
Click on POUs and you'll see what kind of blocks has inside in selected library from the first window.
This is valid for Codesys 2.3.
