How do I split or distribute the ethernet output from my cable modem?
I want to hardwire an internet radio and the modem has only one ethernet output which provides internet to my PC.
Can I split or run the ethernet into a hub or distributor?

Hi daniela,
The best way to share internet connection is using a router but not a distrubutor or a hub.
Normally most home router provide 4 LAN ports and 1 WAN port. WAN port connect to cable modem, and any DCE device (e.x. your computer, laptop, etc.) can be connected to a LAN port.
Router manufacturers usually provide a WEB page for the set. You have to do some settings for the home router before using. It is very easy to set a home router. You can find out from the manual.
