[?]: How to define a string tag in Citect

Hi

I'm trying to define a string tag using Citects SCADA and I've got an error that I can't shift.

I've defined a variable of the data type STRING[12] in DB224 in simatic plc and given it the address with format "db224, 002" in Citect hmi.
However, after I compiled the project I only get one character display there.

Has anyone any ideas how to define a string tag in Citect.
I was wondering if maybe its a different format?
