Hello to everyone!!!
I am making out an automation project offer.
My customer prefers simatic s7.
He doesn't know the reason
I think he is entranced with name of SIEMENS only.
I have little experience with mitsubishi plc's.
I would like some technical reasons to support my choice in order to convince my customer to use mitsubishi plc.
Thank you in advanced for any help.

Re: [?]: MELSEC Q vs SIMATIC S7
from plctalk - "When I first looked at a Step 7 plc program, I was a bit confused. I was used to ladder like in early Omron and AB type plc's. As I read up and worked around some S7 guru's I was duly impressed with the POWER and CAPABILITIES in them. I watched one engineer do some code and then was able to see things work. The more I worked with it, the more I came to respect just how GOOD it is..."v_katsos wrote:....I am making out an automation project offer. ...I have little experience with mitsubishi plc's...

Re: [?]: MELSEC Q vs SIMATIC S7
I work with both platforms and although the Simatic software is structured well, I would use Mesec every time. Even simple functions can be a lot of work in Simatic
