[?]: Intouch 9.5 - Export windows to XML/ASCII-encoded files

some time ago I saw an application for Intouch 9.5 that made it possible to export Intouch windows to an XML file.
I think the program was called "WinXML Export" or something like that. As far as I can remember, it was part of the SuiteVoyager Tools.
I installed them (the Information Server), but I can't find it.

Can somebody tell me how to get the windows to xml (or at least to a ASCII-encoded file)?
Which Intouch programs do I need to manage this?

ok, I was able to find the WinXML Exporter, install it, run it and export the XML files

The XML files for the Intouch windows are stored in so-called ".xml"-Files, but if I open them with a XML viewer, it seems that they are encoded in a binary format.

Is there a way to get them into ASCII?

I'd like to dump intouch .win displays to something readable (XML /ASCII)

I already found the XML exporter tool. But this looks not a portable small utility.
It's has to be setup with a suitevoyager webserver etc....

Are't there tools available to convert/dump Intouch .win files to other formats ? (XML / ASCII / ...)
