Request: Honeywell CARE 4.0

please help me find Honeywell CARE ver. 4.0 for EXCEL controllers. I need that old version.
Can somebody please upload it on Rapidshare, or something like that?

To be honest, I am new in this.
I thought that Care 4.0 do not require license (my new boss told me that).
So, I will check again with him, and advise you ASAP.

in order to go online and download to the controller you must have a license
