[?]: I can't see right panels in EPLAN P8

I use ePLAN P8 1.7.12. I have an interesting problem with ePLAN in my new Laptop. I installed same version of ePLAN to new laptop without error but when I open for example Settings dialog I can't see right panel with setttings as can be seen in the picture. I see only explorer-like tree that lies on the left normally. And also It's not just for settings dialog. There are also another abnormalities like that with other dialogs that has separated panels.
Is there anybody has an idea? Please help.

When I couldn't find a solution I have lastly uninstalled 1.7.12 version, downloaded 1.9 version from here and installed it (Thanx to TheDuke). Problem solved with new version.

In new version, you can even adjust width of panes by sliding middle bar in a dialog box, it is a good feature.

Edit: I still have same problem in some dialogs that don't have this feature like in the picture

Why is this happenning? Is it about graphic card or what?

I can't work like that?
I don't know what is it about with? Graphic card, Net framework? There wasn't such a problem on old laptop.
