[?]: PinOut for upload program from C200HG?

What I need to upload a program from the SYSMAC C200HG CPU43?
Does CX-ONE3.0 help me to make upload and what cable I need to connect to the CPU?
I found RS232 interface on the front panel of the controller.
Can I use standart RS232 cable for uploading?

Thank you very much, most. But I don't understand cable schematic, painted you. Are 4..6 and 7..8 bridges on the PC side and 4..5 on the plc side?
