Has anybody connected any Siemens operator /touch panel (programmable with WinCCFlexible ) with SAIA PLC? Please provide details.

which saia plc ?????
Saia® PCD xx7 series: more than 100% compatible and
programmable with Step7.
connected any Siemens operator /touch panel it is the same like S7-300/400
