Hello, am sorry for replying late.
I have some videos about the operation of krones machines, if they are going to help you. But i don't know how i can upload them. i use Dial Up internet and it is too slow. with regard to the maintenance and troubleshooting manuals, i think i don't have such ones and i doubt if such manuals exist at all.
but we can write mail to each other in case of any problem. I also work in an industry where the machines are all made by krones.

What kind of information you need? All KRONES machines are different. Have so many differ... kind of machine as KZE, Mixer, Fuller, Etima, Packer, TBB, TBL, TBG, Checkmats, Roboter, etc... . You have to know exactly what you need.

Hi there, i also work in an industry where the machines are all made by Krones and i need a software for kRONES panel. This panel it´s an old B&R PC 486 whith touch panel. The operating system is MS-DOS v5.0. The machine is KRONES PALMASTER PALETTIZER for water bottles packs. Someboy knows if the HMI software used for this is zenOn, and wich version ??????

add for this PDWIN to import and upload the parameters for Filler & Checkmat .

that mean you have everything for Krones LCT3 panels.
Do you have B&R INTERACT soft for B&R panels which works under DOS? Krones has in use it ~10 years ago.

So, I managed to program the LCT3 panel
you need PDWin: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=11037
this program runs under win2k with no problems. Under XP and Win7 there is somethig wrong with java that I could not manage.
Also I have na old dos version, which works under WinXP but you need a .bin file for download to the LCT3.

Hi, good day for all¡ .... I would like information about a machine KOSME (Krones give the technical support)

This machine is a labeler that uses steppers for rotate the plates, talking to the staff krones, told me that to change the movement of the plates to each change of bottle, i need a new program .... This I understand very well, but i want to do this and i do not know where to get the software¡ .... This software is called "camma", i know this because I saw it one day with a technician of krones.

Someone could help me please??? .... Or give any idea of where to search? ... this software, programming manual, etc

Dear all,

I have a KRONES TG4001D4K3GP16D device. But I couldn't find any manuals for it on the Internet.
Is it related to Checkmat? Would the PDWin (WinXP) and LCT3 (DOS) software work with it?

If so, what kind of cable should I use to connect to the device? (it has a 25-pin female DSUB port with RS232/TTY label)
Also, is there a special method to switch the KRONES device into the Transfer mode (for upload or download)?

If someone has any experience with this or similar KRONES devices and PDWin/LCT3 software, please reply.
Any pieces of manual or connector pin-out would be very helpful... Or any kind of advice.
