[?]: 440V,220V Voltage Power Monitoring

Dear Colleagues,

Good evening, I just want to ask what will i need to monitor power consumption. (Voltage of 440V,220V) I like to monitor it in Wincc or other siemens PC base or non PC base system.
What also other field devices i need to consider prefferably siemens also.
