[?]: uploading project file of pws6600 hmi to pc

hi good day to any body
i have some question to ask is their any body knows how to upload project file of pws6600s hmi to pc i set all the settinhg on hmi and also to adp and the configuration of wire and communication but when i start uploading it said communication error but my downloading is successfull....
can anybody help me!!!!
