[?]: Network Camera and MP277/Mobile panel 277

Is possible to see, with a Mobile panel or MP277, a network camera ?
I thought a ocx to put on a page of the panel (I use WinccFlex 2008), or using
Internet Explorer WinCE.
The camera that I want use is an Axis M1031W.
