[?]: problem in touch screen allen_bradley panel view 550

Hi all
i have a problem in touch screen allen_bradley type (panel view 550), the problem as following:

- when i turned on the power on touch screen , the touch screen was reboted normally but the whole of number in touch screen was appeared by this shape #######
and ( panel view offline ) alarm was appeared in upper of the first screen, i brought another touch by the same type to check it in the same machine but the new one was working good on it , so i said the problem in the communication between the plc and touch screen by other words ( the baud rate of the transferring date form and to touch screen) specially i found the led of comm. in the plc type (allen_bradley) not blinking when i connected the broken touch screen with it.

so i need the way to adjust the baud rate of the touch screen through out the touch screen and i want to make the factory setting for it

i am in bad need of the replying urgently

Reseting the terminal.

Once powered up.

Simultaneously press left arrow,right arrow and Enter keys.

The terminal performs its power sequence

The sequence in which the keys are pressed (while running and application) determines what appears after the reset.

If you press the left and right arrows keys befor the Enter key, the configuration mode appears.

If you press the Enter key before the arrow keys, the terminal runs the loaded application

Once the configuration screen is up you can select the communication setup.

PanelView Standard Operator Terminals User Manual:

To access Configuration Mode on touch screen terminals:
• press the GoTo Config. Screen button on application screen or
• press the filled box in the lower right corner of the screen
during powerup.

HI all
thanks for your attention but i checked the communication setting when the touch screen rebooting but i didn't find any difference according to another one but i remarked that ( the communication led { green led} which is behind of the touch screen is blinking )

so what is the reason for that ??????????

Hi all
thank you very much about your supporting for my problem , i found out the reason which energize this , it is the baud rate which i exchanged it from 9600 to 19200 .
