Our company time to time using teleservice from Siemens.
But so often phone line outside Europe is very poor.
We are trying now find another solution.
For example using Internet.
But I heard from my colleagues about troubles with such kind of connection.
Main problem they are said problem with big delay with access to PLC via communication processor Industrial Ethernet.
Who has some ideas how this works?
Possible was used equipment which is not enough adjusted for prevent network errors and so on.
Thank you for advices!

Just need to use a coupler MPI/DP to Ethernet, to map 1 port in the router and to know the public adress of that router. It never fails and get same speed as if you are connected with cable to the PLC. and of course, to have clear basic rules of networks and TCP/IP
