[?]: Clone MMC card to other with different size

We have a problem with a machine (another my post viewtopic.php?f=1&t=12595),
so we decided to replace a MMC card. We did not have a spare MMC so we took a MMC from another machine.
I have made images of both of them (by means of S7ImgRD1).

Trouble machine A: 128kB MMC, image file 16MB http://webfile.ru/4385322
OK machine B: 64kB MMC, image file 64MB http://webfile.ru/4385330

Bigger image was on smaller MMC card.

We have put the image of A on MMC_B without problem, and machine fork fine for a week.
We wanted to put the image of B on a MMC_A, but with no success- the image is to big. We also try by the SIMATIC MANAGER, but with same result.

In the meantime we bought two 128kB MMC, and we formated,one of them, as a 512kB and then try to save image of B- no success, again .

Any idea?

You can try to write one of these images into your MMC card:
64 Kb
128 Kb
512 Kb
4 Mb
8 Mb
