How can i download progrm in S7-400 memory card

There are 6 PLC units in my plant. All units are S7-400 based systems(CPU412-2DP). Last time i observed a problem during power failure. Due to power failure my plc program was deleted unfortunately battery monitor switch was at off state so i was not observed battery failure indications. My question is that, all PLC units are having Simatic S7-400 memory card TYPE:6ES7952-1AH00-0AA0, 256KBytes. how can i save my s7400 plc station backup in this memory card. Plz guide me via a proper procedure for saving program and also tell me what is the procedure of restoring program from this memory card.

There are two types of memory card...RAM and EPROM

what you have
6ES7952-1AH00-0AA0 SIMATIC S7, RAM MEMORY CARD

you need a EPROM for your requirements
