Hello.
i'm new install Industrial IT ABB 800xA Sp2 Version : 5.0.2180.17576. When i press Next button, i can't choose Media path ...
I cant' setup it .
( My Operation's Windows XP Sp3 .)

try to burn it to DVD
or make an iso file from the folder contents and mounted to virtual drive

I used to do so, but it still not. ( I used UltraISO to VitualDrive program make ISO file )

In the attached picture I see no problems, you select media path right way.
Click "Ok" in folder browse dialog, then "Next" again.

If your 800xA installation package is not complete you can try manual install:

Best suite of basic prerequisites for 800xA SV5 with SP2 (Pre-800xA):
Windows XP SP2/SP3 Professional (English version, 32-bit, you also needed to install IIS for CLS: check add/remove windows components)
KB913522 Hotfix
Windows Installer 4.5
MS.NET Framework 3.5 SP1
MS DirectX 2004 Runtime
MS WSE 3.0 Runtime (web service enhancements)
VC++ 2005 Redistributable
MSXML 4 SP2
MSXML 6
Adobe Reader 8 (or newer/older, in this case add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\8.0 to the system registry)

Visual Basic 6 Pro + SP6 and MS Office 2003/2007 might be useful but not necessary. It depends on target PC role.

800xA:
1. CLS
2. PPA (800xA core) + all rollups
3. CLS extensions
restart

then install other packages depending on 800xA node you want to organize. Whether it will be aspect or connectivity server or both. Or an application server or just the rich client (operator station).

I think there is not necessity in this update. If you fullfill all setup prerequisites 800xA 5.0 installing with no troubles.
