Is there any way to find country of origin of Siemens automation products from serial numbers or so on?

Problem is:
My customer asks me about certificate that indicates automation parts made in Germany. But I purchased those from not Siemens authorized dealer. Any help will be appreciating.

on box write country made
many parts of s7-300 from germany,some parts from europe
s7-400 ~ all - germany
s7-1200 = all china
what parts you find?
