[?] How to update .mdb to database in EPLAN P8 1.9.5

Hi guys
I installed EPLAN P8 Electric 1.9.5 and EPLAN Cabinet 1.9.5 successful. I've also done to cr@ck by use dongle emulator. But I've a problem with device database, it's not enought for me
I searched and downloaded all database in forum, almost them have format .mdb and some .ema file, not .xml. So, i don't know how to import or update device database. Who can explain for me?

I'm searching some training courses to use EPLAN cabinet, who can share and upload to help me?

Dienstprogramme->Artikel->Verwaltung...->Extras->Importieren->Dateityp->XML->___.xml

Thanks for your reply, Mrc2 . I tried to do follow your instruction but nothing happen. I tried to import some .xml file from Siemens, Moeller but it doesn't work. Is it neccessary to copy them to somewhere? And can you explain for me how to use .mdb and .ema file.
When I change path of database -.mdb file (Extras-->general--->Part database-Access), my device list also change but I can't insert them to my page .
What's different between .mdb, .xml and .ema file?

I downloaded and read EPLAN Electric reference handbook.But I still didn't solve my problem
I find something by my self about EPLAN Electric P8:
- .xml files containt information about device like: technical characteristic, mouting location, dimension...
- .mdb files containt list of device without any information.
Is it correct? Tell me please

Finally, I'm trying to build a project with EPLAN Electric P8 and EPLAN Cabinet. Of course, I haven't got dongle hard key, so I can't access EPLAN Data Portal. If I can't update new device database, please help me build my own device database
- How to create a new device in EPLAN Electric P8? Any example, tutorial?
- Who have .zei graphic macro for EPLAN Cabinet (Siemens, etc)?
- Who have any video or detail tutorial to build EPLAN Cabinet? (I found some video on youtube.com but It's not enough)
