Hi all!!!
The following situation.
I have the "SIEMENS" "Simovert MASTERDRIVE" DC INVERTER. For this device neccesseary the 450-650 v DC. The input current must be 12A.
And also I have the "ABB" ACS800-01 AC drive.
This unit have the 3-phase 380 V input, output for motor connection and "UDC+" and "UDC-" output. Output current 13,5A
Is it possubly to connect the "ABB" "UDC+" and "UDC-" output to "Simovert MASTERDRIVE" DC INVERTER, for power supply.
Thank's

Re: MASTERDRIVE and ABB power supply.
Hi, Pavel
By first view of it, looks like you can do that without any problems. I'm guesing some sort of control issues may be there. But in regards of ABB drive you need to set it to scalar mode and keep it running aswell.
