Quality data of OPC Scout is "H20" , What does it mean?

I have a big problem about WinCC OPC Server,

The communication not working.
When I get the data by WinCC 6.0 SP4, I found some tag is "good" but some tag is "bad" (data not change). So, I try to retrieve data by OPC Scout for checking data but I found "Quality" column in OPC Scout is "H20". I don't know about this.

Please see in my attached file and advise me.
