Open Step 5 then go to file Select Blocks
Transfer------Then write as for all blocks
then transfer

If you need to convert your S5 application to S7, just follow this manual:

First, you need setup physical layer. You need RS232/20mA converter. There are serveral converters on market.
For CPU103 you will need active converter.
Step5 you already have.
With that two things you can make upload.
But your uploded code wil be poor. No labels, no comments.
After that you can make conversion S5 files in step7.
