Hi all .
Please help me .
When I create database used for alarm and event server .Then this error

Are you have original English or localized version Windows system?
Simulate errors is has under non-English Windows 2000 & Windows XP.
For Factory View you strongly need English version and MUI, if it need.

my Xp is original english, the language of Keyboard is the Spanish Honduras
